Material Circulation:

This was a small research project looking into how to use waste-based aggregates in concrete mixes in order to create unique column shapes based on the density of the mix. By utilizing fabric to hold the concrete mix, it is able to stretch to different extents by alternating the multiple mixes based on their density to create a fluid shape that’s more narrow in the middle and wider at the top and bottom.
